I'm just a normal down-to-earth, backroad, barefoot, dirtbiking, four-wheel riding, mudding, redneck country girl. :) As is just about everyone else in my family. Except those of us that are too good for the rest of us. But that's always how it goes, isn't it? :P

I'm very big into cultures. I'm American, but I happen to have fallen in love with French (the language, the movies, the culture, the people, the country...everything). It's a big dream of mine to go to France, Scotland, and Africa.

As far as entertainment goes, I'm a big Josh Groban and Alan Rickman buff. I've got almost all of Josh Groban's albums and I'm biding my time 'till he starts touring in the US again so I can go see him (I had to miss the last one because I was visiting my grandparents in another state). And Alan Rickman is just...awesome...lol. What more can I say?

Sammie, Thanks for your comments on the National Archives pictures. I think the one of the girl/woman holding the "March" sign is my favorite, her face is so expressive! I think this picture really tells a story. And Dr. King is one of my heros. He was intelligent, thought provoking, article and loved peace. I think there was alot to admire in him. Chana
